She is involved with SGI since 2004, her main research topics are modernization of public administration, human resource capacity building, policy process and management analysis, impact assessment. She received her M.A. from Central European University in Budapest and MSc. in public administration at Wagner Graduate School of Public Service, New York University. In 2003, she was a junior research fellow at Woodrow Wilson Research Center, Washington, D. C., where she focused on the analysis of governance in CEE countries.
As SGI partner, he is a member of civic organization SGI and is responsible for project management and research.
